If you’re a new client, we’ll begin with a one-hour session.
After our first session, if we decide to continue to work together, we’ll create a plan based on your goals — and your timeline. (Clients often choose 2 sessions per month for about 6 months, but if you want to make progress, even faster, we can create an “accelerated” program where we “meet” weekly. )
